To request a change, cancellation or return, please contact info@iconsbyafroula.com, providing your name and order reference number, if available.
If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please let us know as soon as possible. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal where it applies.
Right of withdrawal
For artwork and prints that have not been made to your individual specifications and are not clearly personalised, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, send us a clear statement of your decision before the deadline, for example by email. Our prior approval is not required.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back within 14 calendar days.

Please package the artwork carefully to protect it during transport. You may contact info@iconsbyafroula.com for practical return instructions. Our prior approval is not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.
For a return because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs, provided you were informed of this before purchase. This does not apply to returns due to a defect, damage during delivery or receipt of the wrong artwork.
You may examine the artwork as necessary to establish its nature and characteristics. You may be responsible for any reduction in its value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for that examination.
Refunds
When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we refund the payments relating to the purchase being cancelled, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Additional charges for an optional, more expensive delivery method are not refunded.
Refunds are made without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging you a fee for the refund.
Personalised artwork
The right to withdraw because you have changed your mind does not apply to artwork made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised, such as artwork bearing a personal dedication or a special composition agreed exclusively for you.
Where this exception applies, we inform you before the order is finalised and paid for. Producing an artwork after an order is placed, or choosing from the usual available options, does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
Defects, damage or incorrect artwork
If the artwork has a defect, is damaged during delivery or differs from what was agreed, please contact us so that we can address the problem in accordance with your statutory rights.
Remedies are provided at no cost to you, including necessary shipping costs. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or refund.
These rights also apply to personalised artwork. This policy does not limit any additional mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
