Destinations and shipping methods

Orders are shipped via BOX NOW to destinations covered by its service, and via Hellenic Post (ELTA) to other countries. Before payment, we confirm whether shipping to your destination is available and inform you of the delivery or collection method and shipping cost.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order, based on the destination and the parcel’s dimensions and weight.

After reviewing your request, we send you an email with the cost of the artwork, shipping charges, the total amount payable and bank transfer instructions.

Gift wrapping is complimentary.

Preparation and delivery times

Preparation begins once payment has been confirmed. Your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping service within 1–3 weeks, unless a different timeframe is agreed before payment.

Transit time is additional to preparation time and depends on the destination and shipping service. We provide an estimated delivery timeframe before payment.

If you need your artwork for a particular date or occasion, please let us know before your order is finalised.

Shipping notification

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will notify you by email. If the shipping service provides a tracking number, we will include it along with the relevant instructions.

Deliveries outside the European Union

Depending on the destination country, import taxes, customs duties or clearance fees may apply. Before payment, we clarify whether these charges are included in the amount quoted and how they will be handled.

Customs inspections may affect delivery times.

Delays or problems with your parcel

If you notice a significant delay, damage or possible loss of your parcel, please contact info@iconsbyafroula.com so that we can investigate with the shipping service and work to resolve the issue.

In the event of damage, photographs of the artwork and packaging can help with the investigation. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
