Payment method

Payments at Icons by Afroula are made by bank transfer. Payment instructions and bank details are sent to you personally by email after your order request has been reviewed.

Reviewing your request and confirming the total

You can submit your request through the order form or contact us at info@iconsbyafroula.com.

Before requesting payment, we confirm the availability of the artwork, your selected options and whether delivery is available to your destination.

You will then receive an email with the cost of the artwork, shipping charges, the total amount payable in euros and bank transfer instructions.

Please wait for this email before making a payment.

Payment confirmation and preparation

Please include the reference number provided in your payment instructions in the bank transfer reference so that we can identify your order.

Work on your artwork or preparation of your order begins once receipt of payment has been confirmed.

Your order will be prepared and handed over to the shipping service within 1–3 weeks of payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe has been agreed before the transfer. Transit time is additional to this period.
